1. Fill out the project proposal form.
   • Do not include the Canada Community-Building Fund process document.
2. Submit your application:
   In person or by courier at 308 Steele Street, Whitehorse Y1A 2C5. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
