New application seeking approval in principle for the following changes to existing licences:

  • Outside patio (parking stalls) including increasing capacity,
  • Second-floor deck and table games attached to the existing food primary – all liquor and liquor primary – all liquor licences, and
  • Adding dedicated off-sales room to the existing off premises licence.

Structure and premises

The premises is a two story conventional framed building which houses the licensed premises. The proposed application for the outside patio is located in the five street parking stalls directly in front of the premises.
